LICENSING FEES

The following fees are established by the Board of Pharmacy.  Fees are payable to the Board of Pharmacy in the form of a cashier's check, personal check, money order, or credit card only. Please make sure completed application forms are included with the credit card transmittal form in order for it to be processed.

Extern - $50 - Expires July 15  following graduation
